RapidWeaver serial number not working?
If your RapidWeaver serial number is not working - please check the following:
Registering RapidWeaver 5.0
RapidWeaver 5.0 serial numbers are word and number based. Your serial number should contain a word, a dash, another word, another dash and then a number. Please check that your serial number is entered exactly as shown on your receipt.
When copying and pasting the serial number you may find you have an odd space (whitespace) either side of the serial number. Please be sure that there is no white space in the serial number.
Registering RapidWeaver 3.6 or 4.x
RapidWeaver 3.6.x and 4.x serial numbers start with RW3SN- followed by a number of dash-separated groups. Please double-check that you are entering your serial correctly, or if copying and pasting the serial number you may find you have an odd space (whitespace) either side of the serial number. Please be sure that there is no white space in the serial number.
If you're entering it by hand, always check characters such as 5 and S are correct and be sure not to confuse OHs and ZEROs.
