LittleSnapper serial number not working?

If your LittleSnapper serial number is not working - please check the following:

• Make sure you're entering a serial number that starts LS-
• Double-check that you are entering it correctly. When copying and pasting the serial number you may find you have an odd space (whitespace) either side of the serial number. Please be sure that there is no white space in the serial number.
• If entering by hand, always check characters such as 5 and S are correct and be sure not to confuse OHs and ZEROs
• If the serial number still isn't working, please contact us (be sure to include your serial, making the discussion private) and we'll get you back on track as soon as possible!
