My serial number is not working
If your serial number is not working, then please check the following:
- Make sure you're entering a serial number that starts LS-
- If the serial number is still not working, check that you are entering it correctly. When copying and pasting the serial number you may find you have an odd space either side of the serial number. If there's whitespace either side of your serial number it can cause it to be rejected.
- If entering by hand, always check characters such as 5 and S are correct.
