after changing my twitter password it keeps asking to reauthorise every launch
I changed my twitter password this morning and then tonight i
opened socialite and it asked me to authorise again.
which i did and tweets came in ok, however every time I close the
app and open it I am asked to authorised again
"An application would like to connect to your account The application Socialite.app by Realmac Software would like the ability to access and update your data on Twitter. "
I am now guessing I will have to do the as directed on Fixes for Common Socialite Issues
"Twitter Authentication Issues If your Twitter account
credentials are being forgotten please could you take the following
steps:
1. Remove the Twitter account in question 2. Open Keychain
Access.app (found in Applications/Utilities) 3. Remove any Internet
Passwords associated with twitter.com and http://twitter.com (for example - all
those in the attached screenshot). 4. Re-add the accounts."
I have set up around 20+ profiles peeks and a number of searches
I am not best pleased if I have to set this all up again !
come on all i did was change my password !!

Hi Adam
Thanks for your message. We don't actually store your password within Socialite: when you sign in using the PIN, we actually perform an OAuth token exchange. This token allows us to access your account (with the ability for you to revoke access) but not be tied to your password. Have you tried removing the entries for Twitter.com from Keychain Access.app?
Thanks!
Nik
