identi.ca support
One trivial thing you could add and which is essential for me is support for identi.ca. If you don't know it, this is essentially a Twitter clone. It even supports the Twitter API so the only thing you would need to support it is to add the possibility to change the server URL (the one used by identi.ca is http://identi.ca/api) for Twitter accounts.
Socialite is all about using multiple accounts so enabling identi.ca would be a big feature.

I know that you cannot openly claim support for services you haven't thoroughly tested, especially while identi.ca is not particularly popular amongst the general public.
But the thing is, if you simply added configurability of the Twitter URL per account, you're all set. So, pretty please ;)

Thanks for your message. As mentioned above, this is something we're looking into: however it's not necessarily a trivial thing to implement. That said, it's filed in our bug tracker (and something I'd like to see myself as Tumblr also has a Twitter-compatible API).

Great to hear. So, I have my fingers crossed. Should I leave this discussion open until it is resolved?
By the way, thanks for your great support. You've always held the same high level (at least since I bought RapidWeaver at 4.0 or so :D). Keep up the good work!
And congratulations with Socialite, it's already the only actually useful Mac OS X application in its genre.

As this isn't a bug tracker, we typically resolve support tickets once we've actioned any items (such as issues onto the bug tracker). As such I'm marking this as resolved (however that's not indicative of the status of the ticket in our bug tracker!).
