Socialite not respecting "include in unread" preference
I went through the reset procedure suggested. This isn't resolved as of 1.0b3.
2 Bugs:
1. When you uncheck "include in unread" Unread isn't affected (it
should decrease by the number of entries in that service)
2. Once it's unchecked, new entries are still included in the
count.

Hi guys,
Thanks for the message. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with Socialite, I understand what an inconvenience this may be for you.
Are you both referring to the Unread folder in the sidebar (as opposed to the badge in the Dock icon)? As the 'Include in application unread count' is referring to the Dock and not the folder. I can appreciate that the current wording in the prefs is not quite right and that this is something that we shall look into changing.
If this is not what you mean could you provide us with a few more details? Which services are you referring to? Is there any other penitent information that you can think of to help us recreate the issue?
Kind regards,
Luke

Hi Adam,
In that case this is expected behaviour as 'Include in application unread count' is referring to the Dock and not the unread folder. However, we shall look into changing the language in the preferences in a future version of Socialite.
Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.
Kind regards,
Luke
