Socialite no longer updating facebook (constantly refreshing)

the turning circle icon next to facebook in the left bar is constantly turning and has been for the past hour. My most recent facebook status update is showing as an hour ago even though more recent posts have come through (double-checked at facebook.com). Quitting and re-opening socialite does not help.

   Yeah, Facebook is not working for me at all -- no status updates, just photos, and they don't update after the initial setup event. There's some error that occurs during the auth process that never lets the app hook up properly to FB.

   "An error may have occurred as part of the login process. You can close this window and try returning to the application, though it may ask you to login again. This is likely due to a bug in the application."

   I gotta say Beta 2 has been a tremendous disappointment. Here's hoping Beta 3 gets things back under control.

   Thanks for the message. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with Socialite, I understand what an inconvenience this may be for you.

   These issues with Facebook are currently known by our developers and we have been able to recreate these issues consistently. A fix will be available in a future version of Socialite.
