Refresh this service every "App Default" is confusing

I see the option when choosing how often to refresh my various services as: Refresh this service every "App Default"
This is confusing to me, as I don't know what the default would be, or even which app we're talking about (Socialite? Twitter?). It would be great if this was reworded in some way or removed entirely.

    Thanks for the feedback - this isn't an entirely user-friendly term so I've filed a ticket for us to look into this for a future beta.
