Hi Adam,
I'm very sorry to hear that you've experienced this issue again. Please rest assured that we are still continuing to look into this issue for fixing in a future version of Socialite - although we are unfortunately still having problems consistently recreating the issue (which is important in tracking down the issue).
If you're not 100% happy with Socialite please let us know and we will be happy to offer you a refund.
Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.
Kind regards,
Luke

why is this private ?
I dont want a refund - im not the only with this problem and I HATE having to delete all my services once in a while for a bug you seem to be unable to fix or recreate , it does make me think twice when purchasing realmacsoftware in the future tho. - fix is to bin the sqlite file in application support

Hi Adam
Thanks for your message. We're aware of this issue and are working to fix it. Unfortunately, it's a pretty low-level bug that's requiring us to re-write significant portions of the Eventbox codebase to fix. I can't offer any timeframe for when a fix might appear but we're looking into it!
Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.
Kind regards,
Nik

happen again, glad you appear to know what the problem is may be low level but makes the app pretty poor as you have to reset it all every so often
