3 Problems with Beta 2
Hello, I switched from the good old Eventbox to Beta 2 and have
now 3 Problems:
1. I have a few Tweeds and Feeds that become unread at every synch,
no matter how often I mark them as read.
2. The Toggle Conversation Button has no effect.
3. I have to authenticate myself in Facebook every time I start the
App new.
Hope you guys have a solution for me ;)

regarding problem no 3.
remove facebook service in Socialite
goto
facebook.com
settings - application settings - show: authorized
--remove EventBox (if it's there) and Socialite
--add facebook service in Socialite, log in, check "keep me logged in", authorize it when the new window pop ups in socialite, continue
--now it should automatically login every time you restart socialite. that worked for me at least.

good luck, too bad realmac acquired cosmic machine, I haven't had a single problems with eventbox.

Thanks for the message. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with Socialite, I understand what an inconvenience this may be for you.
There have been some issues we've the Facebook plugin in the Beta that we have been able to recreate ourselves here at Realmac and have ticketed them for fixing by our developers.
If you follow markku's steps listed above you should be able remain authenticated by Facebook however there still are some issues with the status updates not showing for some people, again this is something our developer's are working on.
In regards to your 2nd issue, this is also a known issue and will be fixed in a future version of Socialite.
You mention tweets and feeds that become unread at every sync. Does this issue persist if you restart Socialite or if you remove and re-add a the service?
Did you migrate from EventBox or start a new library afresh when you installed Socialite?
