I am running RW 4.2.3 on an Intel Core 2 Duo iMac. The contact me page appears correct, but does not send messages. No error message, just a new blank form shows up. (No "Your message has been sent" message either.) I ran through all of the suggested steps. I have contacted my host, and they have tested their end of things, which works properly. The address for my site is www.stuartmalina.com, if you'd like to check it out yourself.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks-

Stuart Malina

    Hi Stuart

I've just sent a test message myself and seen the problem. Did my email reach you?

I'm just trying to test the form and find out where this may be going wrong. Which version of RapidWeaver are you using?

    Thanks!

    Nik

I did, Nik. here's the response I got from Start Logic:

    Hello Stuart,

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. I’ve checked
the functionality of the form http://stuartmalina.com/page10/
page10.php and was able to duplicate the issue. I’ve uploaded a simple
    PHP sendmail script at http://stuartmalina.com/page10/1/
sendmail.html . It is working fine. The PHP sendmail code that you
have used is causing the issue. Unfortunately, we do not debug the
customer’s scripts. So, you need to contact your Web master or search
for the solutions in the Search Engines.

If you have any further questions, please update the Support Console.

    Regards,

    Stanley Richards
    Technical Specialist

Let me know how to proceed.

    Thanks again-

    Stuart

    HI Stuart

Thanks for your message. I'm going to ask one of our developers to review this thread and see if he can suggest anything - I'm not versed in PHP to help debug the code, I'm afraid!

    Kind Regards,

    Nik

    Hi Stuart,

I’ve just taken a look at your contact form and it would appear that your host does not have PHP sessions enabled correctly. Sessions are simply a way of carrying information between webpages. We use them for the confirmation messages as well as spam protection.

Would you mind emailing your host explaining that the PHP session on your contact form page is not working as it should. They will understand what this means and hopefully provide a solution.

Please do let me know if I can be of further assistance.

    Cheers,

    Aron
