Encoding gone bad

All of my pages were utf-8. I dicovered one that was iso latin 1 and changed that. Then [in Page Inspector] changed all pages to Optimized output and image format to png. The latter two should not make a change to text encoding?
Now my Danish chars look funny: see fimano.dk - please help.

    Hi Jens

    Thanks for your message. We typically recommend that folks don't turn on Optimised output, as it can cause issues with UTF-8 symbols. If you change that back to Default does the output look correct?
