RW freezing

Hi
Just want to let you know about a couple of problems I am having or rather RW software is having. Basically RW is freezing on me quite often especially while using Boxes. I am getting uncatchable exceptions 10 and 11 messages when i go to preview. Sometimes it clears and the preview works other times it just freezes. I am not doing any special other than using pages in Boxes or the slide show etc.
It is a little unreliable and while I generally save my work often I lost 2 hours of work the other day which was very annoying.
The other thing is that the 'Format- HTML- None' menu item does not work. The same problem has also shown up on another users machine.
Anyhow thanks for listening. I really do like the program so no problems there but I think you need to know about my experiences.

Thanks for the message. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with RapidWeaver, I understand what an inconvenience this may be for you.
When you mention 'Boxes' do you mean Blocks (the plugin) or the BlockBox theme perhaps? Unfortunately, as both of these products were developed by third-parties we are unable to support them. You would need to contact the developers directly for their continued support.
In regards to the Format -> HTML -> 'None', what is the exact issue that you are having? I have found that if I use the HTML menu to format some text and then go back and apply 'None' to that text - the formatting is removed but the green highlighting is not (it should also be removed) and I have filed this as an issue for fixing by our developers. Are you experiencing the same issue?

Thanks for the reply.
Yes I do mean Blocks. Too many late nights on the computer I think.
The problem doesn't seem to be a Blocks problem I only mentioned Blocks because it happens to be the pages I am using ATM.
The freezing also happens while trying to Save or trying to upload etc. I don't think it's a great problem but I have changed my habits a little being a little more cautious about saving things often. I do not think i am doing anything special or out of the ordinary (I'm not that clever) however, there does seem to be some stability issues. For example I have been placing a Formloom form inside a Blocks box as intended by the feature nothing unusual in that I think and you're quite correct the third party stuff belong em to the third party but the saving and uploading is a RW function I would think. Anyhow it was more information than a complaint.
Regarding the HTML I can only go on what i have learnt Green means HTML formatting applied. Yes that is the problem I have experienced. I have managed to get rd of the Green highlighting by applying clear format I think.

Hi Tony,
Thanks for the update. Could you try launching RapidWeaver while holding down the option key? This will launch RapidWeaver in native mode (no plugins), are you then able to recreate the issue? Could you double-check that you are running the latest version of any third-party plugin you may be running?
