Header Display Issues with Internet Explorer and Jquery snippets

We use Rapidweaver 4.3.1 and a theme from nimblehost (mirage)

Mirage offers a header cross slide / fade jquery type snippet that allows images sized to the width of the website 900px and 300px high to fade between 3 - 5 - 10 depending on preference.

On publishing, every browser other than IE displays the images fine. We have recently read the IE display problem on the forum and sized our images down slightly to accommodate the width display issue, but we did not get a positive result. The header displays are just missing from IE. We even talked to nimblehost who told us that this will be a rapidweaver issue. Can someone help?

    Thanks

    Hi Ian

Thanks for your message. We're not able to offer any assistance on modifications or third-party themes I'm afraid. The best place to post would be the community forums where our forum members may be able to help you with this issue.

Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.

    Kind regards,

    Nik
