Hello,

I've bought Rapidweaver. I have a problem. When I change something on my website and load it up, the visitors have saved in the browser cache the old contend. so wenn they visit me they do not see the new content how can I change this?

Thank you for an answer and sorry for my bad english

king regards

Stefanos

    Hi Stefanos

Unfortunately, it's not always possible to always forcibly refresh a page on the web - sometimes ISPs themselves do the caching, and that makes it impossible to force! However, the best thing to do would be to add the Cache Control metatag mentioned on this page:

    http://www.i18nguy.com/markup/metatags.html

    To your RapidWeaver site.

Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.

    Kind regards,

    Nik

    Thanks Nik...

Quick question though, I'm trying to NOT use the "standard" H1/H2 tags which
are on the templates (I have built, not uploaded or finished, my site using
the "cloud" template). I'm using the "Format" for the H1/H2 I do want. How
do I NOT use what's on the template?

    Thank you very much!

    Hi Bill

Thanks for your message. The only way to use different styles for the site would be to modify the underlying CSS code in the theme. As theme modifications aren't something we're able to offer support for (they're not RapidWeaver specific, and not necessarily straightforward) the best thing to do would be to visit the Realmac Software forums and ask our community for some advice:

Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.

    Kind regards,

    Nik
