Bought But Can't Open Rapid Weaver 3.6
I just purchased Rapid Weaver for $79. I have a serial number. I downloaded the version 3.6 for Mac OS 10.4. I put it in the application folder. When I click on the icon for Rapid Weaver, an image appears but nothing happens. I re-downloaded Rapid Weaver 3.6 several times. How do I get access to my downloaded Rapid Weaver 3.6 software?

Hi Frank,
Thanks for the message. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with RapidWeaver, I understand what an inconvenience this may be for you.
Are you downloading 3.6 from the following link?

Luke,
Yes. I downloaded version 3.6 but when I double click the icon to start
the software, it just gives me the green screen with the 3 icons on it, but
it doesn't ask me for my serial number. I can't seem to "unlock" my
software.

I discovered the problem. When I downloaded the software only the icon downloaded, not the entire software. This happened several times without me realizing it. Then during the 4th try, the software finally downloaded and everything was fine. What a weird thing to happen.

Hi Frank
There's no hard-and-fast-maximum, however we advise folks to make sure that they resize all images before bringing them into RapidWeaver, to ensure that their project files remain as compact as possible.
Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.
Kind regards,
Nik

Luke,
I purchased a domain name (newamericanvegan.com) and web-hosting through
MACDOCK and uploaded my 31 page web site, but I am not able to access my web
site. I have the first page of the website indexed (index.html). I also
followed the directions given to me by MACDOCK for hosting Rapidweaver. (I
have the earlier version.) Am I missing something?
