error message "Couldn't connect to the server using those credentials."

rapidweaver 3.6.7
mac os 10.6.6
host Media Temple

I have contacted Media Temple on this issue
I had partial success with the attached Publishing Page but the upload stalled on a "Brochure" page
when I tried again I get error message above.
I have deleted cache and toggled the NcFTP on and off

    I have been trying to contact rapid weaver with a similar problem. They have not responded.

    If there is a problem with their program you would at least think they would let us know. I see that other users are having the same problem. Rapidweaver please respond to your clients.
