    Hi Dee

Thanks for your message - I'm sorry you're having issues. Have you tried the following FAQ?

    http://support.realmacsoftware.com/faqs/rapidweaver/common-fixes-fo...

You may also want to go to the File menu -> Publishing Settings option and confirm that all your credentials definitely are in the publishing view!

Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.

    Kind regards,

    Nik

    Hi Dee

Thanks for your message. Could you try using another FTP application (such as the free Cyberduck app - http://cyberduck.ch) and confirm that your FTP credentials are correct? You may also want to try Exporting your RapidWeaver site (via the File menu -> Export Site option) and uploading it manually via Cyberduck to confirm that you are able to FTP to the location you need to upload the site to.

Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.

    Kind regards,

    Nik
