Difficulty activating my software

I just ordered rw and am trying to activate my machine running osx tiger on a 3.6 version of the software. my order# is st73977504. please assist, I am getting a message stating invalid code when I try to activate.

   Thanks for the message. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with RapidWeaver, I understand what an inconvenience this may be for you.

   Are you running version 3.6.7 of RapidWeaver?

   From looking at your order it would appear that your serial is:

   RW3SN-TM3P-WJ9Y-GSKR-4DF1-R1D1

   ...are you having issues registering with this serial? Please could you double-check the following:

   1. The most-common issue is due to copy and pasting the serial number, but also including whitespace before and / or after the serial number. Please be sure there's no white space in the serial number.
      
   2. If you're entering it by hand, please be sure not to confuse OHs and ZEROs.

   If the serial number still isn't working, please let us know and we'll fix it!
