Img in sidebar effects spacing of main content area - Bravo theme

Hi,

I've put a 'facebook' image and link in the left sidebar to connect site visitors to my related facebook page. But the use of the image increases the space between divs from my content area. It is not apparent when the page is narrow width, but when I make the page wider, the gap becomes apparent. Hmm... the same problem happened when I was trying to put in a 'likebox' except much worse for the size of the likebox.
