about contact form
Hi,
I am designing an online survey by using contact form. The sample question is as follows
As a result of this unit's training, I (please check all that apply)…
I increased my knowledge of portion sizes.
I plan to make changes in my job practices.
........
I know I can use check box for this question. The problem is how can I simply put "As a result of this unit's training, I (please check all that apply)…" as a statement without any answer type (since there is no need). Thank you so much.

One more thing.
Can I relocate the check boxs in front of, not in the end of, the sentences?
For example:
I plan to make changes in my job practices.
Thank you so much.

Hi Yen,
Thanks for the message. Unfortunately the kind of functionality that you are interested in is not native to RapidWeaver. It may be possible with a third-party plugin or perhaps some custom code. You might like to post on the forums about this as we have a fantastic community that are often happy to help other users find solutions to unsupported features.
Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.
Kind regards,
Luke

Hi Luke,
Thank you so much. I have other questions. Can you give me some suggestions?
we need to have a discussion board (ie., people can post something and discuss the course content). I found rapid forum and Faqmaker. The first one is free and did not work in my Rapidweaver. Is the second one good for discussion purpose? or do you have other suggestions?
we want the website to remember participants’ last visit so they can start where they stopped. Does Rapidweaver has this option?
Thanks again. I really appreciate your help.

Hi Yen,
Thanks for the update. Unfortunately RapidWeaver does not include either of these features natively - again, I would suggest taking a look at third-party plugins or perhaps posting on the forums for fellow users opinions on this.
Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.
Kind regards,
Luke
