Just wondering why every page uploads, and every image file uploads every time I publish?
Even though I've made no changes to the pages or images?

I have smart publishing enabled. Is there some other trick to just uploading your changes?

   Hi there

   Thanks for your message. Which version of RapidWeaver are you using? If there's no pages marked as changed, earlier versions of RapidWeaver would re-upload the site again (as an easy way to re-publish). If you make changes to a page's filename, this does require a full republish, as the navigation menu needs to be updated on every page.
