Echo/Haloscan

Hello,

It has been more than a month, I believe you said you were working on somethin gin regard to Haloscan, prompted us to export our comments, and then as far as I know: nothing. I have noticed that although I have never done anything for that, I have now an echo comment box in my blog entries, which I assume I could customize, since it is pretty ugly as now.

So what is going on? Would you for instance have persuaded Echo to just offer their services to us free of charge, and if so, can we trust them?

    Thanks for your message. Due to the fact that no services currently support the Haloscan export format, there's few options available.

    However. If you're using the 4.4 beta:

    You can export from Echo, and re-import them into Disqus [as the JS-KIT import format IS exported] and the comments should then re-appear.
