FTP Publishing error
Hi,
I've published and updated one site without problems already so I'm
a little bemused by this:
When I go to publish my new site I get this error message: Failed
to create remote directory 'apple-touch-icon.png'
I've been to my hosting company to check I've got the correct
details for the publishing dialog and they are correct.
What could be causing this?
I'm using
OSX 10.5.8
RW 4.3.1 (5683)
RWSW file is 3.4mb
I have no plug-ins
I've been through the help forum and done as suggested (repair disk
permissions etc)
Still no joy.

Hi Sebastian,
Thanks for the message. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with RapidWeaver, I understand what an inconvenience this may be for you.
Could you double check your Path credentials with your hosts as this is the number one cause of publishing issues for most RapidWeaver users.
If you are still experiencing issues could you send us a compressed copy of your site file (.rwsw file) so that we may further investigate the issue?
Kind regards,
Luke
