Add Google Reader shared items to blog

What i'd like to be able to do is share either my google reader shared items on my blog using rapidweaver or export them using an RSS app (Socialite, NetNewsWire) into RapidWeaver. I have 15-20 different RSS feeds I follow and i'd like to be able to pick a "best of" for friends and family to read on my own website created with RapidWeaver.
