Missing Image

An Image is missing from my library in thumbnail view. It just shows a blank page icon, but when I click on it I get to see the snap.

   I'm using 1.7 and nope, no changes to the path.

   Well I installed it and it's still there. I can remove it and put it
   down to an oddity.
