   Thanks for the message. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with our site, I understand what an inconvenience this may be for you.

   How did you locate the link to this page (was it though one of our FAQs perhaps)? Our site has undergone a lot of changes recently so apologies for this.

   I was unable to locate your original order myself using your ***@labrum.co email address to search our store system. Did you perhaps purchase though a third-party reseller (in which case you'd need to contact them directly) or perhaps with a different email address?
