Can't snap from Firefox 3.6?

Hi Team, I've no idea what's changed, but recently, I've been entirely unable to use "Snap Web Address from Firefox". When I try to, no matter what site I'm on, it throws an error which says:

"Unable to Retrieve URL"

LittleSnapper was unable to retrieve the URL that you are currently browsing. If the problem persists, please contact Realmac, mentioning the website that you are trying to snap."

I'm using LittleSnapper version 1.5.3 (10239) with Firefox version 3.6

The snap from browser command works fine with Safari and from within the app itself, but I use firefox as my default browser, and it is driving me nuts that I can't snap from it.

Please help, how to fix it?

Best Regards

Jauhari

    Hi Jauhari,

Thanks for the message. This is actually a known issue (which was created when Firefox 3.6 was released) and a fix is available in the latest LittleSnapper 1.6 Beta which can be downloaded here:

    http://www.realmacsoftware.com/forums/index.php/forums/viewthread/32338/

Or, alternative you could simply wait until we push out the LittleSnapper 1.6 'Gold Master' which won't be long now!

Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.

    Kind regards,

    Luke
