Just downloaded 1.5.3. Upon opening get message, " In order to use your library with this version of LS it needs to upgraded to a newer format. This can take a few minutes.... Click upgrade... get message library upgrade failed. You can try upgrading again by relaunching.

Upon relaunching, get same two messages. Any ideas?

    Hi Barry,

Thanks for the message. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with LittleSnapper, I understand what an inconvenience this may be for you.

Could you try downloading, installing and replacing LittleSnapper afresh. Does this resolve the issue?

    Kind regards,

    Luke

    Hi Luke,

Tried your suggestion of trashing old version and re-downloading, installing. Still same two messages as noted previous.

    Any additional ideas?
    Thanks

    Hi Barry,

Thanks for the update. You mentioned that there is nothing in your library? If this is so, could you quit LittleSnapper and trash your .lslibrary file - which by default is located here:

    ~/Library/Application Support/LittleSnapper

..and then relaunch LittleSnapper. Does this resolve the issue?

    Kind regards,

    Luke
