I need urgent HELP
My contact form doesen't work and I don't know why

my host provider is also checking this problem

Hi Gianfranco,
Thanks for the message. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with RapidWeaver, I understand what an inconvenience this may be for you.
From testing your form online myself, it appears that the liklihood is that your host does not have PHP sessions enabled correctly. Sessions are simply a way of carrying information between webpages. RapidWeaver uses them for the confirmation messages as well as spam protection. Contact your host explaining that the PHP session on your contact form page is not working as it should. They will understand what this means and provide a solution.

My host fixed the problem but I have a new problem and they told me to contact you again.
My contact form has a button for attaching a file. This button is not marked as a required information but if you dont attach any file the contact form does't work and gives you the following error
There has been an error attaching the file , please try again.
Also take note that the configuration don't let you change this error message from english to snapish like other. As you can see I have translate other messages
Pls can you help me?

I have 2 forms. One is the order form in my shopping cart in the following URL:

When you try to buy a kite the following message appears

The steps to buy and use the cart are:
1. Go to the website http://cometasperu.com/index.html .
2. Add one kite to the cart.
3. Go to the cart and click the button "Comprar".
4. Click the button "Proceder".
5. Fill the required information in the order form.
6. Click the button "Enviar".
The other form is the contact form in the following URL:

I need both forms
When Powweb (my host) fixed the order form I have troubles with the contact form and then when Powweb fixed the contact form I have problems with the order form
Right now the contact form is working but the order form doesnt work so nobody can shop in my webpage.

Maybe Realmc can contact Powweb ans discuss about the problem?
You can contact Powweb at www.powweb.com. They have a live chat and I have a support ticket #7342419 about this issue. If you give them this number they will thack the problem.

Thanks for the update - I've made this discussion public. What version of RapidWeaver are you currently using?
What page types are you using for your forms? Are you using a native 'Contact Form' page type for your contact page a third-party plugin for your store page? As we are unfortunately unable to provide support for third-party products - you would need to contact the plugin developer directly for continued support of this issue.

I'm using RapidWeaver version 4.4.2
For the contact Contact Form I'm using a native page type and the Order Form is in my RapidCart 2 (from Omnidea). Now that this is a public discussion I will invite my firends from Omnidea and also from Powweb (my host) to join this discussion.

This is a last update.
Powweb (my host) solved the problem and now both forms are working (thanks to Stewart!!) but I still have one problem

I think that this is a problem in the RapidWeaver native Contact Form page so I think that Luke has to help us here.

Hi Gianfranco,
Thanks for the update. Unfortunately this issue with attachments in the native Contact Form appears to a bug. I've filed this with our developers and a fix will be available in a future update to RapidWeaver. In the meantime, you may want to omit the attachment field or make it a required filed. Thanks for reporting this!
