Hi, I have a problem with the "Contact Form" on my website www.charlesprinceclassiccars.com. The problem is with the file upload facility. Emails sent using the form do arrive, but not always with their attachments. Occasionally the attachments arrive, but only if they are very small files (up to about 120kb). The company hosting the site (Fasthosts) have been very helpful and have tested the mailbox successfully with attachments up to 5mb and not had a problem. They tell me it must be a scripting issue with the PHP form. Any help with this would be appreciated. Thanks, Charles Prince.

    Hi Charles,

Thanks for the message. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with RapidWeaver, I understand what an inconvenience this may be for you.

We've been able to recreate this issue to some extent here at Realmac HQ, so I have ticketed the issue with our developers for fixing in future version of RapidWeaver.

Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.

    Kind regards,

    Luke

    Dear Luke,

Thanks for your reply. I now seem to have resolved the problem, although I do not understand the technical reasons for it. It seems the problem only occurs when I use my own email address in the submission form.(for example, when testing the form) If I use any other address the form sends attachments without any problem at all. (Using another email address I have so far used it to send attachments up to 1.5mb, and it is unlikely that anyone would want to send anything bigger by email). Could it be something to to do with the "define email address in php script" option (required on some windows servers) in setting up the contact form? Anyway, thanks for your reply, I'll look out for the update. Regards, Charles Prince
