Will RapidWeaver allow me to edit a Dreamweaver created web site?

My old version of Dreamweaver doesn't work with OSX 10.5.6 and was an old version. Can I use RapidWeaver to take over editing a website that was originally created from Dream Weaver?

Also, I'm not a programmer, just a fairly fluent MAC user. Should I be able to use Rapid Weaver?

Thanks

Also, I don't mind if you make this discussion public. Maybe it will help sell some software for you!

    Hi there,

Thanks for your message. Unfortunately RapidWeaver does not support live website migration (or import) as it is incredibly difficult to reverse-engineer websites to fit RapidWeaver. The only way that you could move your site to RapidWeaver would be to choose a theme that you feel best represents your original site and copy and paste the content from your live site into your new RapidWeaver project.

Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.

    Kind regards,

    Luke
