Bug in image sizes?

Sorry if this is a re-post but my original post a few days ago hasnt appeared in the forum.

The original image and the 60x60 image both have the correct transparent borders. However all the other image sizes have a black border around them. I'm not sure if this is caused by the original image in some way or if it's a server thing?
