Ember bug report (uh oh, form error mishandling, inaccuracy)

Uh Oh! everywhere
I've been using ember and I've encountered quite a few Uh Oh! pages when updating my profile, or even clicking on the link to Support. After a couple of tries, I usually get through after a couple of tries.

Form errors aren't working right
I changed my photo and after a couple of Uh Oh! pages, I made it through and saw the 'Form updated' flash message. Then I tried to update my profile bio, but I didn't notice the 140 char limit. After submitting the form the page still showed me the flash message (leading me to believe that I had successfully saved my bio). I looked around to see what else I could do, and I saw that the change password fieldset had the '*Bio should be no more than 140 characters' message. I scrolled to the top to see that there was a notice up there as well, but nothing by or near the Bio update field. I've attached a screenshot so you can see what I'm talking about.

I think if you're going to limit to 140 characters, you need to have a countdown. And certainly a failed profile update should hide or change the top flash message.

Inaccuracy
On the Support page it says, "If these don't answer your questions, please drop us an email via our support area." There is of course no place to actually send an email from the support page. The sentence might be updated to say "Contact us through our support page" or something more accurate.

I see that you're having some load issues, and I hope you get that all worked out. I think this is going to be a great service, and I can't wait till everything is ironed out.

    Hi Brandon,

Thanks for your feedback, unfortunately we've been overwhelmed by the
initial response to our launch, and many of the pages were failing to
    load successfully.

We're currently moving over to a much larger server and hope to be
back online within a few hours.

I agree completely with your points regarding both the bio and the
copy linking to the support area. I have added these to out bug list
and will fix them up asap.

Please do email me back if you find any more bugs, we appreciate all
    feedback both positive and negative.

    Cheers,

    Aron
