Vimeo Upload Quota
I am getting Vimeo Upload quota errors when I try to upload videos. However, when I check my account, I still have 500MB left in my quota for the week. The file that I am trying to upload was only around 10MB.

Hi Joe,
Thanks for the message. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with Courier, I understand what an inconvenience this may be for you.
Are you having this issue with Courier 1.0 (as opposed to a beta)? What file type are you uploading to Vimeo and do you have a Vimeo Pro account or a regular account.
Kind regards,
Luke

I am using v1.0 of Courier.
I was uploading the following video: http://joeworkman.s3.amazonaws.com/SafariTweet.mp4
I have a free Vimeo account.
I just thought of a feature request. As I wanted to paste the url to the video above, I used Courier to retrieve the url. However, it opened in a browser then I had to copy the url manually. It would be nice if I could copy the url to clipboard directly from Courier.

Hi Joe,
Thanks for the update. Do you think you could compress and send us a link to download the movie so that I can furthers investigate this? Have you had this issue uploading any other movies to Vimeo with Courier?
In regards to your feature request - we actually added Preferences to Courier 1.0 to automatically copy the URL to the clipboard (see my screenshot). Were you referring to this functionality?
Kind regards,
Luke

I sent you a link to the video already. You can simply download it... http://joeworkman.s3.amazonaws.com/SafariTweet.mp4
Of course I just tried and things seem to be working just fine. Even with the problem video before.
The Copy URL to Clipboard option does not really fit my request. I have an envelope that uploads video to 4 different locations at once. I assume that the last delivered url will be on my clipboard. What if that was not the url that I wanted?
I think that you guys really nailed the first use case of Courier... Delivering content to their respective destinations. Its perfect! However, I think that there is a second use case that was maybe overlooked because it does lack a few key features. The second use case is managing the content that was delivered by Courier. When you asked me to send you a link to the video that I uploaded, this first thing that I did was fire up Courier and go into map mode in order to copy the URL to the video. I did not think of any other method. This is by far the most efficient way for me to gain access to my content that I uploaded. I can think of two features that map mode needs....
1. The ability to copy the url of the uploaded content to clipboard.
2. The ability to search through the content history of items delivered by Courier.

Woops, sorry of course - I've downloaded the file and was unable to recreate your issue with uploading to Vimeo myself. I'll continue to look into this!
You can also currently copy the URL of an individual upload to your clipboard by holding down the Option key and clicking on a upload link.
I'll pass all your comments onto the team!
Kind regards,
Luke
