Uploading to Facebook is failing every time!

Flickr is working fine, my Ftp is working fine, in fact all of my envelopes are working great. Facebook is the one that is failing! I'm trying hard not to post any question here but right now I'm desperate! Why I'm having issues with facebook? Why is saying error and failed!??? Help me on this one please.

    Thanks for your message. If you upload a filename with a different title (omitting the ñ) are you able to upload correctly?
