I've entered all my settings as per the directions for upload (this is to upload a file for printing) and the dialogue box just hangs at the "done" button. After a while I pressed cancel. When I went back into the stamp settings, it had all the information, so I thought I would try to send the file anyway. It says "failure at start". What does that mean!? What has been entered incorrectly?? Some help please, I'm on a deadline!

   Thanks for the message. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with RapidWeaver, I understand what an inconvenience this may be for you.

   There have not been many changes to the FTP publishing process in RapidWeaver 5 and we've not had any other reports of FTP issues that are directly attributed to RapidWeaver 5 - have you had a chance to go through all the steps in the following FAQ:

   If you're still having issues could you send over your FTP credentials and we'll investigate this further (your credentials will be treated with the greatest privacy).
